This is a full-day symposium where participants will gain an understanding of the components of customer loyalty, how to create lifelong customers and how to create a customer’s emotional connection to the brand.

IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL DISCOVER HOW TO:

The symposium will feature a work session with the authors of the Franklin Covey book followed by an afternoon of break-out workshops related to Fierce Loyalty presented by our CU faculty experts. These CU Denver | Anschutz experts will be presenting on topics such as customer service, brand loyalty, customer service switching behavior and/or strategic brand storytelling.

ABOUT OUR CU EXPERT

Tamara Moore is the founding CEO of Relevel, LLC., a company that assists Tamara Mooreorganizations and executives in defining and aligning with their unique, authentic purpose to achieve success. Prior to founding Relevel, Moore worked for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus (UCCS) for 19 years serving in roles such as the executive director of auxiliary services, dean of student and director of student recruitment in the student affairs and administration and finance division.

She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Masters in Public Administration (concentrations in nonprofit management and public/private partnerships). She is an experienced facilitator and mediator and has received training through the Conscious Business Institute, Center for Appreciative Inquiry, True Colors Personality Organization and the Art of Hosting community.

Location

This workshop is located at CU South Denver (10035 S. Peoria St., Lone Tree, CO 80134). Located one mile east of I-25 along Lincoln Ave. There is plenty of free parking available.

Please note that this program is offered as a non-credit course and will not appear on any CU transcripts or apply towards any degree programs.
