Who should attend

This program is open to teams looking for new ways to problem solve, teams looking to break into a new client base, cut costs, speed up delivery or solve for “this is the way we’ve always done it.”

Does your team need to get beyond the same old solutions and ideas? In this professional development lunch hour you will explore five tips to fuel creativity in your team, best methods for innovative problem-solving and how to diffuse a situation when teams are failing creatively. Join us to discover how to be an effective facilitator and productively reward a team to ensure ongoing inspiration.

You will walk away knowing how to:

  • Facilitate a team through brainstorming and creative problem-solving
  • Support a creative culture in your workplace
  • Discern when gathering as a team will be more effective than individual work (and vice versa)
  • Reward a team versus an individual
