Who should attend: This workshop is for anyone looking to enhance their stress-management techniques.

HeartMath is an internationally recognized system of practical solutions that can help build resilience during times of stress. HeartMath teaches individuals to use energy reserves to build heart coherence, which improves emotional, mental and physical health. In these workshops participants will explore concepts of building and sustaining resilience, depleting and renewing emotions, heart-focused breathing, physiology of coherence, practical intuition and strategies for building resilience capacity

Session 1: Join us for this introductory HeartMath session to uncover a variety of stress-reducing approaches to life. Discover how you are physiologically impacted by stress, the influence it has on your relationships and methods you can employ to deal with increased stress–allowing you to boost your personal resilience. Learn key strategies to cool down and reduce anxiety through meditation, heart-focused breathing and more. You will walk away with a set of tools you can immediately apply to your life.

Session 2: Gain invaluable skills in resilience development and stress reduction. This HeartMath session will focus on what depletes our emotions and what, in turn, renews them. You will better understand how to effectively respond, not just react, to stress in the moment, boost your self-security and inner-balance, learn strategies for not only building but sustaining, resilience and realize how it can transform your life.
