As an executive, what isn’t a negotiation? This program is designed to help you improve your personal negotiating skills and understand the techniques and strategies needed to reach an agreement and reduce conflict. Participants will examine power, influence, and ethical behavior and the role that each plays in a negotiation.
Upon completion of this program you will
- Develop a framework to diagnose problems and promote agreement
- Identify your strengths as a negotiator and develop strategies to improve weaknesses
- Understand the art/context of negotiation
- Recognize the importance of ethical behavior
