Are you a first-time or emerging manager? Are you looking to make an effective transition into your new role? Discover how to juggle competing priorities, coach and inspire your team and thrive as an excellent people-leader. Over the course of three months, you will have the opportunity to share, reflect and bond with individuals in similar transitions and roles, setting yourself up for increased success and performance.

About Our Expert
Garrett Gatlin is a leadership psychology & life design expert on a mission to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to lead extraordinary lives. He has spent the last decade creating and facilitating breakthrough experiences that inspire people to do things they didn’t think were possible. His transformational work helps leaders change the game by getting unstuck from what holds them back, discovering their purpose for work & life, thriving every day, driving innovation, and creating positive change in the world. A recent study found that 85% of the global workforce is disengaged – Gatlin is working to flip that on its head. Gatlin is currently the head of experience design at Adeption and has worked with leaders at a variety of organizations including Apple, eBay, & Medtronic.
Who Should Attend
This program is designed for new or emerging managers, managers with limited experience leading people or those that have a desire to know how to make an effective transition to being a team leader.
This workshop is located at CU South Denver (10035 S. Peoria St., Lone Tree, CO 80134). Located one mile east of I-25 along Lincoln Ave. There is plenty of free parking available.
