Do I need to bring my Annual Pass with me when I visit?

Yes, please present your Annual Pass when visiting the museum so you can easily enjoy your onsite benefits. If you cannot find your pass, you will need to purchase a replacement card. 

Where can I purchase the Annual Pass?

Annual Passes can be purchased in person at the front desk, online or call 303-315-9446. If you purchase online or by phone, on your first visit, stop by the front desk with your receipt or email confirmation and ID to obtain your pass. You must have your receipt to obtain your pass.

How long is my Annual Pass valid?

Your Annual Pass is valid for one year from the time of your purchase.

What happens if I lose my Annual Pass?

If you do not have your card for any reason, replacement cards are available for $20. You may stop by the front desk, call 303-315-9446 or e-mail kari.ploysa@ucdenver.edu for your replacement. 

When will I receive my Annual Pass?

New and renewing pass holders receive their annual pass cards by stopping at the front desk.

Can my Annual Pass be mailed to me?

We do not mail Annual Passes at this time. To receive your pass if you purchase online, stop by the front desk on your first visit with your receipt and ID to obtain your pass. You must have your receipt to obtain your pass.

When do my benefits begin?

Your benefits begin the day you join.

Can I have more than one Annual Pass card with my Group Pass purchase?

No, individuals and groups receive one card per purchase.

Can I give an Annual Pass as a gift?

Yes. Simply choose the type of pass that you would like to purchase and provide the individual’s name that the pass will be associated with.

Can I bring guests with me during my visit?

With the Group Pass, you may bring up to five (5) guests with you in addition to the one person who purchased the pass. The person whose name the pass holds must be present.

How do I notify the museum of my change of email?

If you would like to change your email address, you may call 303-315-9446 or email kari.ploysa@ucdenver.edu.

Why does the museum request my email address?

By providing your email address, the museum is able to send you an electronic weekly newsletter, as well as updates on new events, special offers and other member-related news.

Does the museum share my information with anyone else?

We use your email for communication purposes only and never sell or share your email address.

Is my Annual Pass transferable?

The Annual Pass is not transferable to another individual or group.
