Our team works with you to create a program plan, facilitate program delivery, schedule courses and build an outreach strategy that supports enrollment growth.

Program Development Overview
The CU South Denver team works with CU faculty and academic leadership to identify degree programs and certificate offerings that are in demand in south Denver, and supports the creation of a specific CU South Denver academic plan.
The academic plan is shared with the CU South Denver Vice Chancellor for feedback and approval.
The CU South Denver team works closely with program faculty and staff to prepare a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the program to be offered.
The team also familiarizes teaching faculty and students with Liniger Building resources and policies, addresses classroom and technology needs, provides appropriate building badge access, and serves as a resource to faculty and students to ensure a successful experience at CU South Denver.
The CU South Denver team works with program faculty and staff to schedule courses following CU South Denver’s Course Scheduling Policy.
The CU South Denver team works with program faculty and staff to develop integrated outreach strategies to encourage enrollment.
The team also works with the program to clarify roles and responsibilities in regards to outreach activities and support, provides guidance on cohesive branding, marketing and advertising plans, and assists with marketing collateral development.
